1. Non-starchy vegetables;- Always eat high fiber low calories.to regulate sugar level like broccoli, spinach, kale, and other leafy greens .


2.Nuts and seeds;- it has high fibre.protein.and healthy fats which help to slow down the absorption of sugar into the blood. 


3.Whole grains:- brown rice, quinoa, and whole-wheat bread are full of fiber that regulate blood sugar .


4.Legumes:- Legumes are low in glycemic index so it helps to control sugar level.Legumes are beans, lentils, and chickpeas. 


5.Fatty fish:- fatty  fish has omega3 fatty acid which can help to cure  inflammation and improve insulin sensitivity.Fatty fish are salmon, mackerel, and sardines. 


6.Apple cider vinegar;- this vinegar has the ability to improve blood sugar level after a meal


These items should be consumed as part of a balanced diet and in moderation. If you take medicines for diabetes you should consult with the doctor.
