No single food combination can cause a sudden Heart attack .But certain dietary habit and certain lifestyle and some physical condition can cause to have a sudden Heart attack.

All causes are given below;-

1.high intake of saturated and trans fat which can increase LDL levels and rise risk of sudden Heart attack like red meat .butter, cheese, fried foods, and baked goods made with partially hydrogenated oils.

2. overdose salt intake increase your blood pressure can cause of sudden Heart attack.

3. Intake huge junk foods are common source of extra salt and saturated fat can cause of Heart attack.

4. low intake of fruits and vegetables which can provide rich in fiber, vitamins, and minerals, which can help to reduce risk of heart disease.

5. over consumption of alcohol which can increase your risk of developing heart disease.

6. obesity is always responsible for sudden Heart attack
