A unique Breakfast  depends on an individual's dietary needs, preferences, and lifestyle. Remember one thing: your Breakfast should be full of nutritions which are appropriate for your health like  protein, healthy fats, fibre, and complex carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals 


Here is an example of a healthy breakfast chart that can serve as a guideline

 FOOD GROUP       serving size              examples

 1. protein               2-3 ounces Eggs, Greek yoghourt, cottage

cheese, tofu, nuts, seeds,

2.Healthy fats 1-2tablespoons Avocado,nut butter,oliveoil

4.Complex 1-2servings Whole grain bread, oatmeal,
Carbohydrates  quinoa, sweet potato


Some example for balance healthy breakfast diets;-


1.Avocado, spinach, and egg scramble into whole grain bread with toasted chia seeds on top.


2. Greek yoghurt covered with sliced almonds, honey, and several kinds of fruit.


3. Muesli with sliced banana, chopped almonds and almond butter.


4. Veggie omelette, whole grain bread, and sliced tomatoes on the side.


One thing  must be remembered that everyone must try to have a healthy breakfast with proper nutrition value for the whole day will be very good .
